Founders David and Melody Shacter brought their many years of experience as home builders, and a passion for sustainable living, into the formation of TerraWise Homes in 2013. They built their first homes in historic Springfield, began growing the TerraWise brand and expanded carefully into other neighborhoods. They also built a small team dedicated to the company mission including long-time associate Nathan Lambert and their son Jac Shacter.
Today, Jac and Nathan (pictured to the left) lead a company, along with a lean team and top trade partners, where everyone brings a hands-on, can-do attitude to building homes. Come be a part of the family of satisfied homeowners and experience the TerraWise difference with a new home of your own.
