Jac Shacter
Jac Shacter wears many hats for TerraWise Homes. He is the top sales representatives for the company and also acts as the Technology Manager. Jac has literally grown up in the home building business and brings a wealth of experience beyond his years along with an intense passion for the TerraWise brand.
Rex Fan Chiang
Rex is the TerraWise Sales Consultant committed to helping clients fulfill their new home dreams. Rex works hard leveraging his expertise to guide clients through the exciting journey of finding their dream homes. With a passion for real estate and a commitment to customer satisfaction, Rex strives to make the home-buying experience smooth and enjoyable.
Eric Stevens
Eric and his wife were building a home with TerraWise and became acquainted with David Shacter. Eric was excited about the company and Net-Zero Homes and along the way joined the team. He assists with all construction projects for TerraWise Homes and has a background in building maintenance supervision.
Shawn Wagner
Shawn Wagner grew up learning the construction trade from his grandfather, remodeling homes, and his father who owned a concrete construction company. Shawn stayed in Construction throughout his career involving working with several homebuilders as well as commercial builders, specifically utilizing concrete construction. Riley Stevens
Riley Stevens joined TerraWise Homes in 2023 and is involved in Construction as the team Field Assistant.
David Shacter
David Shacter has been in the home building business in Jacksonville since the 1980s after receiving a degree in architecture from the University of Florida. He leads the company vision and oversees design of the innovative homes offered by the company. David also finds land positions and develops neighborhoods and home sites where TerraWise Homes are offered.
