Shawn Wagner grew up learning the construction trade from his grandfather, remodeling homes, and his father who owned a concrete construction company. Shawn stayed in Construction throughout his career involving working with several homebuilders as well as commercial builders, specifically utilizing concrete construction.
Shawn found his way to TerraWise Homes and he fully believes in the craftsmanship and quality that goes into each and every TerraWise home. His wife works with the Duval County Public School system, and, between them, they are raising two daughters and a son. In his spare time, Shawn takes time to volunteer for an Elementary School involving himself in several events along with leading a club for 3rd through 5th Grade students.
