Sites Now Available For Sale

Terrawise Homes has opened its Cedarbrook Phase II homesites for sale.

These 15 new homesites are some of the best in the entire master planned community. The majority of the sites are on a cul de sac and feature preserve and pond views. They are also adjacent to the future community park and amenity center.

TerraWise Homes' President Melody Shacter says she and the team at Cedarbrook are very excited to open these Phase II homesites for sale.

"Interest has been building for a while now on the second phase at Cedarbrook as the available homesites in the first phase are limited," said Melody. "We are accepting purchase agreements for homes on these lots and sales are already pending."

She said plans are also moving forward for the community park and recreational amenity, which will be located in the second phase. More information will be announced soon here on the blog.
