Bleu Chocolat in Springfield Opening Soon

A new restaurant is planned for the former Three Layers Cafe building at 1602 Walnut Street in Springfield.

The Daily Record ran an announcement this week about the plans to open this very cool space with its brick walled interior. It's a great story about the new owners in addition to details on another great place to eat in the neighborhood. The TerraWise team is excited for our residents and future buyers...and also for a new lunch opportunity just a few blocks north of our corporate office!

Wonder if they will bring back the popular "Open Mic" night that ran for several years at Three Layers...
