It's official: the newest TerraWise home for Springfield, named the Carrabelle based on votes cast by followers on the TerraWise Facebook and Instagram pages, is now available for construction.

The exciting new Carrabelle craftsman style home is the latest addition to the highly popular line up of homes offered by TerraWise in the historic Springfield neighborhood just north of downtown Jacksonville. Votes were cast on social media for three potential names, all based on rivers in Florida in keeping with the naming theme for TerraWise home plans.
