Meet Our New Springfield Sales Specialist Shali Stephens

We are pleased to welcome Shali Stephens to the TerraWise Homes Team.

Shali is a Realtor with our aligned real estate firm LMH Realty and is the primary agent for Springfield. She is now in the Springfield model at 1221 North Liberty Street weekends from 12 to 6pm and available by appointment during the week.

Shali is new to the Jacksonville area, however she is very familiar with Historic Springfield and its evolving community. She has been in sales for the past five years.
