11 Homes Sold So Far In 2020

The first six months of 2020 mark one of the strongest periods of home sales in the history of TerraWise Homes.

So far this year there have been 11 homes sold in historic Springfield where TerraWise is the leading builder of new homes. The company is also headquartered in the neighborhood.

"We have just been blown away by the interest from buyers so far this year," said company president Nathan Lambert. "The combination of having several quick move homes in the pipeline and historic low interest rates have made it a great time to buy, and people considering the downtown area are continuing to rediscover Springfield."

Company Operations Director and Sales V.P. Jac Shacter said the second half of 2020 looks to be good as well.

"There is strong interest from buyers and Realtors in Springfield for what we are offering with our unique brand of energy efficient homes," said Shacter. "I believe the value we provide, with our innovative designs and floor plans, competitive prices and knowledge of building in the historic neighborhood, continues to make TerraWise Homes very attractive to new home buyers looking in this area of Jacksonville."

According to Shacter, the period has also brought some interesting sales records in addition to the volume: three homes sold in one day, a customer buying two homes (one for immediate occupancy while they await construction of another,) and a buyer purchasing from over 7,000 miles away while on military deployment.
