TerraWise Implementing Social Distancing At Model & Specs

TerraWise Homes remains open for business during the Corona Pandemic crisis. To all our current customers, home construction continues on schedule. For those searching for and in need of a new home, our Sweetwater model home is open in Springfield as follows:

Monday - Friday 10a to 4p; Saturday - Sunday 12 to 6p
Walk-In visitors are welcome. We will only allow one buyer group in at a time and our agents will keep an approximate 6' distance during the visit. We encourage visitors to where masks if they have them.

The model, and any of our listed Ready Homes are also available by appointment. We have hand sanitizer available, are wiping down surfaces after each visit and also having regular cleanings.
