There is nothing like owning a brand new home. Particularly in historic Springfield where opportunities to build are limited and rehabbing older homes to get that new feel is complicated and expensive. And where few existing homes come on the market, it can take a while to move in regardless of which option is taken.
We keep quicker move-in homes in the pipeline at Springfield. They offer buyers a faster track into a brand new home while still allowing for opportunities to personalize. Depending on where in the construction cycle a buyer contracts there is typically some level of personal choice and selections possible.

Others are further along in the construction process with fewer selections left to make but still allow some personalizing while also offer a faster track to closing.
